Travel to Canada and return to USA without H1b stamp

I have Canada visitor visa.

I have H1b but not stamped.

I’m planning to travel to Canada for a short trip (less than 7 days) and return to states. I read online that we are allowed to travel to Canada 🇨🇦 for a short trip and return to US without H1b visa stamp.

Anyone here travelled to Canada and returned to US on h1b without visa stamp?

Thank you!! Will share my experience.

Any idea how many days we can stay in Canada before we can return to states safely without visa stamp? Online says 30 days.

Only applies if you travel by land. For commercial flights, you do need a valid visa.
