He is been into real estate for over 40 years now. He said Overland Park KS has serious potential in future. They are investing massive amount of money in that area. 

 

I told him I was looking for homes specifically in Tampa area though. 
 

Not sure if he is just embellishing Overland Park area or if it’s really true?

They are developing ventures brah. Massive land theesukunnaruuu anta oka 5 years back prime area lo. Now they are on construction mode.
