What I understood is RT keeps giving chance to do same directors to do the same rotta movies...

Actor talent is also in selecting subjects , directors , technicians ( yes, they do influence ) apart from  hard work and luck. 

It's like expecting a different outcome without changing the input...same stories, same masala. Basically they want to fans to be bakra and watch the trash..
