30 yr fixed ..3.5%apr

Bhayyas,

30yr fixed mortgage (first time home buyer) ki , 3.5 apr insta antunnadu ( 3.25 for 15 year fixed) along with 5k in closing costs.

Is this a good deal? or should I do more shopping for better rates?

try with couple of other lenders also - no harm.

emo bhayya, enquiry ki form fill cheste chalu, inka ee lenders keep calling me.

Not sure how genuine they are though and what the hidden costs are

Better lo try chesa bro, it is almost same, but no incentive of 5K in closing costs

Better lo he’ll give break down of lender costs, other closing costs and cash to close etc which will be helpful to compare even if you don’t go with it.


 prastutam nuvvu cheppina range lo be untunai. Who is the lender, if he is reputed then go ahead and lock the rate. Won’t be much different if you shop around as well.

ok sure bhayya. better vaadu closing ayyevaraku rate lock kaadu antunnadu . But others are saying we can lock rate for 30,45 and 60 days antunnaru. The home will be assigned by end of april

Builder’s preferred lender aa ?? If so, take advantage of closing costs (since other leaders r also offering the same rate) and you can do refinance later when prices come down if needed.

Better lock chesukooo, day day ki change avuthundhi I am sure you won't get this rate in march. Yield curve roju roju ki up avuthundi
