Why dont u explore 5/1 & 7/1arm

Why 5, 7arm when 30 itself is historically low?

5/1 arm 7/1arm 2-2.5% undi interest. I never saw 5/1 & 7/1 more than 3%. So why pay more interest when u can refinance every 5 yrs? Offcourse it all depends on how u see

When you refi you loose all the interest you paid  ,which is almost 75 percent at the start of loan

30yr fixed mortgage (first time home buyer) ki , 3.5 apr insta antunnadu ( 3.25 for 15 year fixed) along with 5k in closing costs.

Is this a good deal? or should I do more shopping for better rates?

emito, ee real estate anta pedda mafia laa undi

TIA

You are only talking about interst rates .. think about the price too .. sometimes builder give attractive apr only to fuck you with house price..
