This will get in my nerves as well if I am tired. The student failed to deescalate the situation but identifying himself is not mandatory anukunta if he did not commit any crime. But we are talking about Iowa over here.. White privilege is in their nerves.

I lived in Iowa for 4 years , I feel this is the best state , all are Republicans but educated and well behaved 

I have so many white people as friends and they helped me in many instances 

There is tolerance to black people in Iowa 

 

Even for speeding the cop did not fine me ? White cop) he gave me a warning when I first moved to state 

when we went to northern Iowa , some people don’t have exposure to foreigner
