that's correct...rates are close to 4... try for 7/1 ARM if you are looking to repay less than 10 years

Ok Bro but one question .. avg is still 3.8 ani choopisthundi but lender matram 4.1 quote chesthunadu I have 760 score . How get the lower rate?

Try more lenders.

Bankrate- induloki velte multiple lenders ostaru

Then credit unions

 

And local ga lender untaru.. vallani kuda..

 

I tried, patiently, reached out to 10+, none could beat my builder's lender- main plus is lender giving 10k towards closing cost.. so all said they couldnt beat rate and/or lender credit..

 

Few in my group found deal outside of builder's in house lender, me- i couldnt

check local credit unions first and then desi lenders and then better / RM.. score doesn't impact big with interest rates....

Try from Costco. I did it in October and at that time other were asking atleast 3.25% but through costco I got it around 2.8%
