Eating less calories is the only way to reduce weight , you can eat a big Mac everyday and still reduce weight (although you won't get any necessary vitamins/minerals ) 

If something is not digestable , try another substitute of similar calories / nutrition

Don’t cut rice just like that… limit it to one meal.. and make sure you eat lot of  veggies and protein for another meal… slow ga cup rice and veggies/protein tho fill chey…

or eat five to six times a day… split meals into parts and eat for every three hours… ante every three hour ki full meal kaadu Raza… lunch ni two portions cheusukoni tinu… ala 

and start running 🏃‍♀️
