Almost all the contractors are doing 2 to 3 jobs. If everyone is asked to come into office all of them have to leave their second and third contracts. Companies are not in a position to negotiate as there is a severe scarcity of IT resources in US right now after the great resignation. It will put an immense pressure on companies to fill these positions and automatically they will make concessions and convert these positions to full Time WFH.. Office buildings, dry cleaning jobs ivanni jujubi.. People and the economy will adapt. Old professions will disappear and new professions will take over… Quote
