r2d2 Posted February 18, 2022 Report Share Posted February 18, 2022 A California man was arrested three times in just 16 hours on Sunday, having been repeatedly released under the state's controversial zero-dollar bail order James Langdon was first arrested around 3am in Los Angeles for jaywalking and was released just hours later with a summons to appear in court at a later date Langdon was arrested again just hours later after he was caught trespassing, with a screwdriver in hand, inside a Glendale business by an employee He was arrested for trespassing, but was released only three hours later under the county's emergency zero-dollar bail order Langdon was collared for a third time at around 7pm Sunday evening, when he was caught breaking in to an area apartment The zero-bail policy means that suspects are quickly released from custody after they are arrested and booked for misdemeanors and low-level felonies LA County DA George Gascon is one of the left-leaning leaders who many claim are only allowing the crime to worsen because of policies that are soft on crime Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
