FT is always a better option, you get visibility for what you do.

Contract yeah you will get pay but credit in someone else's bucket always.

For long term career growth, always FT is better. If the FT is paying as much as both the contracts put together then why hesitate.

Neeku both contracts per year 350k ostondi annavu would your FT match 350k?

150 kaadhu baa, 300k . So FT vaadu around that figure match chesthe join avvaccha? Given with benefits and tension free india travel every year without stamping or amendment hassle

Currently at remote with two jobs in contracting, now client offered full time and I said I ll take some time and confirm.

I am confident in my technology, I can get contracts fine if I try in future, but do you think should I choose full time if they reach my pay scale for two jobs ?

Bro,

what is the work status?GC/EAD/H1 orCitizen

Out of curiosity 300K vaste why are you even thinking of consulting. Ee Rojulo 160$ per hour evdu istadu. And FT has other benefits like 401k, holidays. PTO etc
