HSA question for taxes

First time opened HSA in 2021. Do we get HSA tax form 1099 SA if we don't withdraw any funds from HSA account in 2021 ? How do we handle HSA while filing taxes for 2021?

I use turbo tax , it should pick up your he contributions from your W2(employer).  I guess you will only receive 1099-SA if there is any distribution. You should receive  5498-SA( bank) showing your contributions and any rollovers etc. if you select that you have HSA account TurboTax should ask those forms and coverage details of your high deductible plan.
