Apply to Canadian Colleges, age 45+ vaalaku kuuda visa isthunnaru. You can get PR after your study.

16 months course is 2 years degree. Fee is almost 32000 CAD.

For 16 months, you will get 3 years work permit and then you can apply for PR rather getting stuck in the US.
