It's not like that at some point world endup with old ppl at some point... 

There should be balance between the young ppl and old ppl ...

Not just retail companies , traditional capitalist system relies on increasing population to keep the pensions , social security and debts going 

Population stagnation will lead to stagnant economy like Japan 

Andhra / Telangana are also in the start of a stagnant phase. It's only delayed by north indian workers 

Seriously without cheap north indian labour , most of the developed states in india are **. Be thankful for them

Look at how the great Japanese economy is slowly fading out due to low fertility 

As population increases old people will keep voting for more benefits , healthcare leaving very little spending for the younger gen. 

Any nation that caters to only the old will fade into irrelevancy
