how do you know you have insulin resistance bro...when i was diagnosed with prediabetes doc said insulin resistance is hard to diagnose and the only markers are abnormal A1C and sugar levels which you don't have .. i think you are ok bro

Losing weight fast can be a symptom of many other things... doc tho consult avvadam better

Doctors in US are fully commercial and do business. A1C tells only glucose levels in last 3 months. Insulin entha undho cheppadu. We may have more insulin but normal glucose. Our cells resist or do not respond to insulin so it is insulin resistance then diabetic slowly. Holistic doctors best.
