How the heck, did the west think that it will have work on Russia ??? Russia can survive without any of western technology/assistance, as they have been isolated for last 15-20 years since Putin as their president.. The West is becoming laughing stock with sanctions. I think in the end Putin will get what he wants, Ukraine is to be neutral, no NATO and no EU..
