Nothing to do with the uniform...many forces wear the uniform and it's quite common. ITBP, BSF, Sahasra seema bal kuda same uniforms estaru...greyhounds, reserve and special police kuda...its not mandatory..valla badges insignia,belt and shoulder straps mida vuntadi, that will suggest whay forces they are...
