airbender Posted October 7, 2010 Report Posted October 7, 2010 OPT ante fresher kadha.........most of the positions u see in dice are for experienced candidates....5, 6, 7 yrs exp. unna positions avi...........anduke vendors dont show much interest for OPT candidates......consultancy vallu OPT students ni hire chesi, training ichi......6-7 yrs resume prepare cheyinchi, nuvvu H1 candidate ani cheppu marketing chestharu......and meeru OPT kadha, so consultancy vallu meeku thakkuva pay istharu n tax cut kuda thakkuva....ade H1 ante malli status maintain cheyyali, pay ekkuva ivvali etc etc head aches untai.
