remember you are buying home in the peak of market. Once interest rates goes up which eventually will it will tough for you to sell that home until and unless the home is in pristine location.

i know exactly what community in little elm you are looking and lennar is a bad builder right now. i have few friends who bought lennar recently and i can tell you they are seeing issues from day 2 they moved in.

Cheap material and cheap finishing. tiles crack, walls cracks everything
