konthamandi passionate ppl china lo russia ukraine lo chadivi they have tried to become good doctors; 
unfortunately oka manchi doctor ga settle avvali ante prime age lo you have to undergo lots of entrance exams and stuff or buy a seat. eventually what makes him or her a best doctor is the training they get which is not possible in India.

Exactly I have 2 friends of mine who didn’t clear the exam working in remote nursing homes as doctors in 3 tier cities
