Mandal Revenue Officer(FAC) ante Full additional charge. That means, Deputy collector is also filling in as the MRO. That is possible. MRO and Deputy collector okate kadhu. Generally, RDO's are equivalent to Joint collector. Some of them end up as IAS via conferred services.
