use some buzz words customer obsession, bias for action, ownership are main. Prepare some examples in your experience.
 

this is the bs round in my opinion as it’s hard to quantify and talkers are awarded than doers but that’s how it works.

I attended (virtual) an L5 initial interview yesterday at amazon.

Interviewer 1 -  Development Manager - Behavior (He was very pleasant and Nice)

Interviewer 2 - Solution Architect     - Technical ( She looked like someone died or she does not like my face , very unpleasant.)

 

Behavior questions.

1) Explain a situation where you had to work extra hours to meet a deadline and what factors that drove the deadline and how did you mange it.

2) What is one of the critical feedback you received and how did you over come it.

3) Explain a situation where you committed to something and missed it and what was your explanation for missing it.

 

Both interviewers were desis.

I think I blew it, Not expecting next round.

How do you escape from CC cameras when you have differences with your spouse and spend a couple of days outside, bothering your spouse and family to teach them a lesson ?
