I had good score when initial approved my home loan but few months back I did balance transfer from credit card my credit score drop very low(605). Next month my loan will go to final approval and they run credit score again.

My question due to credit score my loan will get rejected?

what was your score before the credit transfer ?

I don't think it will be rejected but you will have higher interest rate.

check out your fico reports and see why it dropped so much. there might be other reason .

I used 100% balance transfer. Same thing showing in credit karma also.

Never take new credit cards or balance transfers or loans when you plan to buy a house.. didn’t anyone tell you that??

Thumb rule..when you apply any loan, do not apply for new credit cards, balance transfer or large deposits until you close it. Nee lender gaadu munde chepthadu kada
