now Court says Assembly has no right. 
 

Last I remember, legislations are made by elected officials and any amendments or changes are also done by the same. But ipudu AP Assembly ki legislations cheyadam illegal ante…edo teda vyaharam lekka vundi. I’m sure it will get struck down by higher court but Supreme Lo kuda inkoka 5-6 months tappadu

Yeah, some judgements are just so unsure.

If Legislature does not has authority to make laws, wondering who created this CRDA? Union says they have nothing to do, CRDA was not present historically, evaru CRDA ni chesuntaru? If CRDA needs amendments like any other act, who is supposed to make amendments ? Governing council ? Nominated members ?

Yes all are valid......,i don't know which section they used while giving judgement....., Govt as it is ga develop cheyalaa...ante govt emi priorities tiskovaalooo judges e cheptara.....too much......

Yeah, looks like judgement is based on  profit/loss factors…petitioners are awarded 50,000 Rs as expenses…looks like sided judgement which is however expected. 
 

But there are few recent developments…allocating funds for Amaravati in budget, 3 capital bill revoke by AP Govt, AP-TS issue resolve ki committee set up, National Highway ki allocations…edo teda kodutundi..!

Jagan got a class from moshah ani talk..... amit shah confirmed with the party members ,there is no support from bjp on 3 capitals issue....,jaggadu kuda courts , unnecessary ga prolong cheskovadam enduku ani amaravati okate ani fix ayaadu....but he will concentrate on vizag for any new govt projects....
