Since AP govt withdrawn the CRDA repeal act in November 2021 that means CRDA act is in force. Now high court asked to enforce it. Dhanki CBN act power antu pacha mafia PR.

This doesn’t mean AP assembly can’t amend it or repeal it, until AP assembly amend or repeal the CRDA act it will be in force.
