That's fine. Let them collect but MEA/IAF/Civil Aviation are spending money and getting the students back, how does it matter if they are using fund or not ?

"crying on students"....Are you still under the assumption that Indians in Ukraine are paying from their pocket to buy tickets and get back home ?
