Googlie Posted March 5, 2022 Report Posted March 5, 2022 How to decide if a full time offer is good in terms of money let’s suppose a person makes 160k (before taxes) in a mid-tier city like Louisville, Salt Lake City , St Louis etc. on an hourly contracting job how much salary should he negotiate for taking full time job I suppose paid holidays/ lower health insurance premiums etc. will contribute up to 10,000$ per anum - so does he need to ask for 150k do we need to consider any other components in terms of money ?
