Just type pdf compressor in google and use the first link

Scan it using less dpi and black and white … then if it’s still above 1mb compress pdf using some online tool

Print PDF as PDF again, in the properties select lowest quality

preview -> export -> pdf -> reduce size in options

online: go to ADOBE site, free compression

my suggestion would be "Dont buy VFS shipping labels".  purchase chesaka download avvavu..no support or no refund. This happened twice to me. Use your own shipping labels.
