if you have applied after 2/25 , you can wait. 

if you applied before , then they might reviewing something at your returns.

If the return has crossed the three week period, the status always shows this.

Last year kooda inthe kada. Expect return to be processed in 6-12 weeks if you have applied between Jan and end of feb.
