The biggest problem with congi is that they are still following 90’s approaches in 2022. 
they always encourage a rebel within party to make sure there are always fights with in party and eventually congi hc is involved in every decision.

They are still organised like Sicilian mafia , high command always encourages infighting so that their grip on the party is strong 

This approach will not work with a strong opponent , congress needs all its energy in fighting bjp not between themselves
