he went to polls twice announcing as a CM candidate, people voted for him to be CM and cared less dalit or not

I don't even belong to Telangana but

Telangana had the highest GDP+  per capita income growth rate in the country from 2014-2019. 

Telangana had the highest spending on irrigation projects per head since 2014 

Telangana state govt employees have the highest pay scale in the country , even more than central govt 

Telangana farmers get the highest amount of subsidies per head in india 

Sure they didn't deliver many promises like double bed room houses , dalit cm but no other parties will deliver those even if they come to power 

If all such promises are to be fulfilled they would have to bankrupt the state like what is happening in Andhra 

There are some things that kcr missed like developing govt schools, colleges, public healthcare , local corruption, mining , sand mafia etc but not many states can claim to do any any better certainly not congress or bjp ruled states 

Based on performance itself,  Telangana is a top tier state and kcr is doing much better work than many other leaders

I don't think Dalit CM was never part of manifesto....

Everyone in the state knows that if they vote for TRS, KCR will be the CM...and knowing this fact, they have voted him to power twice.

Dalits also voted to TRS knowing this fact and no one really cares about such things.

political leaders should disown their caste and practice their religion in between their 4 walls at home to be eligible for contesting in elections. reservations quota lantivi em lekunda come they should come for open debate in their constituency and let voters decide whom they want to vote

+1.  Most people know that it's fake promise.

Good: stable govt which is good for business and overall growth.

I didn't study the irrigation projects. So, I don't have enough info to comment.

 

Would have been great if not for below issues.

TRS have their fair share of issues. 

Unethical trading of opposition party MLAs. 

Govt became a family affair.

Steep Spike in land grabbing cases connected to politicians and govt officers. 

Extreme corruption by top leadership.

Dummy ministers, IAS and IPS. 

Abuse/misuse of power by lower tier  leaders

There are similar issues few other states but TRS is no different than them.

There are similar issues few other states but TRS is no different than them. 

What you said, are the characteristic features of a political party, especially a regional party. This is how a political party behaves and responds. Poll promises does not hold good and no one really believes such promises. 

I don’t see anything new or surprisingly shocking here. TRS is just another political party in power and behaving like one.
