my husband applied  for GC < priority date in feb 2008> , our 140 was completed by dec 2008 . the employer says he applied 485 but we did not yet get EAD . One of my friend says as nobody applied for 485 after 2007 and EAD will be given in 3 months after u apply 485.

is anyone in the same situation ??

I-485 ki mathram Individuals ye apply chesukovali..if employer has applied for ur I-485 ask him to give the acknowledgement numbers..(receipt number)
