As per independence act 1947 JK was a separate country not part of India or Pak … only Oct 1947 it got acceded to India that too after loosing PoK to paki rebels

J and K is monarchy and Hari Singh is his last king, unless some one claimed otherwise. Take for eg. Zelensky can claim to work as President of Ukraine from elsewhere even if Russia occupies and controls the territory just FYI. Unless there's another government that is officially recognised, don't point to anarchy as a claimed state by Paki rebels

Anyone can claim anything but ground reality differ … millions of people dying infront of you due to partition inflicted conflicts, mal-nutrition, mammoth task of taking up nation building … infront of all these POK is not a high priority then and many members of Nehru cabinet including Ambedkar was against helping JK and accede as a whole …

Leave nehru for time being… Then Dy.PM and Home min Patel who took credit of integrating India didnot intervene in JK issue ?

If Jinnah lost a bet, he lost. Doesn't mean he will get some naitika vijayam... that's what Patel mentioned. Also that has nothing to do with J n K accession, Patel was making a point towards India right to J n K
