Parents b2 extension

Has anyone done parents b2 visa extension recently..are appointments open for ppl or we have to get through agent only..if I remember few years back it's Dropbox for parents b2 extension ..is it same..

 

Also anyone have done b2 visa for a minor we are looking to get b2 visa for a relative kid who does not have b2 but their parents have b2 visa..

for first point at this time its dropbox only... slots are booked until may and are available only for Q4 2022 or Q1 2023... june - sep they might soon. Check regularly or go through agents at this time if its urgent

ee agents ela book chestaru ? how would they know the dates ?
