Any of you used AP and working on H1B

From the below links I found that I will lose my H-1B status if I re-enter the U.S using my Advance Parole (AP) document. Is this true?

In order to get back into H-1B status do I need to file an H-1B extension to get the H1B status?,

Also if I use the AP I have to continue on the same employment using H1B, shouldn’t change.

YES we can continue be on h 1 even if u use ap once h1 renews or mexico travel your h1 194 automatcially refreshes

Yes as long as you get 194 on the trasnfer its all good  (Just check with att)

Also worst case you can ttravel to mexico before they initiaate a trasnfer and get your 194 refreshed using auomatci revalidation and initiate a trasnfer so taht its clean

here is no issue with you using the Advance Parole for re-entry to the U.S. while you are still in H-1B non-immigrant visa status
