Bro..this treatment is a failure in elderly age group...its best when the patient is below 40 yrs and has a moderate and above moderate physical activity....it just helps to postpone the surgery 2-3 years...its a waste of time/money...

It depends on person to person. Doctor told at least 2 years but for my mother it came for 2 months
