Snoring issues

Nowadays lo snoring a lot getting complaints from closed ones 

Any solution

try sleeping with tummy facing bed.

Depends if it is snoring or sleep apnea..both look similar..reducing weight and excersise helps in both cases but if it is sleep apnea you still might have to wear a cpap machine for which you need to have a sleep study done..
