People buy old townhomes for 600-700k(you get single family new homes in NC, Atlanta, Texas etc)Ā Given that we have good schools in other states too andĀ when there is remote options from most of companies today and virginia has weather only for 7 months, is itĀ worth to buy a house in this area? Anything special in this area that other cities/states don't have? Quote
