Massage 2 times a month compulsory cheyichalanna, but I switched from massage therapy to sensory deprivation tank. Do it once every 2 weeks, I had a pinched nerve in my neck and doctors told me I might need surgery. Once I started this therapy 99% pain gone in just 4 sessions and surgery, not even needed. 

Pain management ki massage therapy compulsory or alternatively float tank is also very good. But American massage parlors suck, I usually get thai massage which is the best.
