My husband has applied for GC before marriage , priority date feb2008. we got 140 done in dec 2008 . One of my friend says as none applied for 485 after 2007 .we did not get EAD yet .
any of u in same situation ?

yes PD Feb 2008 vallu evaru 485 ki apply cheyaledu(PD current avvaledu) ..me  employer file chese chance ledu..medical tests(TB,HIV..) submit cheyali meevi 485 apply cheseppudu..and alsi I-140 varaku employer file chesthadu.. I-485 ki mathram Individuals ye apply chesukovali..if employer has applied for ur I-485 ask him to give the acknowledgement numbers..(receipt number)
