I ahve a property near Chodavaram in Krishna district on Avanigadda katta road. REcently Gadkari announced East bypass road in Vijayawada. Rumor is that it may pass near to that village. I have bought it for 75 4 years back. eppudu 70 ki offer vachindi ammesi HYD lo pettadam better aa or wait cheste better aa?

it is better to divest now and invest in place with low political investment risk such as Hyderabad or even tier 2 cities in TG, road vachina investment climate 10gipoyaka you may not see returns

So what I’m saying, political decisions will harm real estate prices but over a period of time, the market will decide the price…AP ki potential vunte boom vastadi…artificially price inflate chesthe antha Amaravati ayitadi
