Real estate slump in AP ? It's been the best time ever in atleast Nellore ,chittoor just like most of india tbh. 

The slump seems to be limited to the artificially inflated bubbles

Yeah, Especially in and around Amaravati. People have bought land for few crores and we all know the price is inflated one…to make it profitable, there is no economic activity other than housing and such ventures need to sell sft for 15k to make profit. 

Every where else I’m sure it’s following the trend…the best time ever for real estate.

TG lo boom ledu ani evadu seppindu ? Barren land was sold for 20 lakhs per acre…aroju ki vunna market ki tagga rate vunde..now with improved economic activity, prices have gone up.
