bold ki- yes because telugu is derived from sanskrit so obviously almost all sanskrit words can be spotted  in telugu either the word as is or originated from, 
coming to red part-- ippudu sanskrit evolved from telugu anedaniki aa example ichchav kaani; any language develops when lot and lots of ppl start using it, literary works chesinappudu, new words emerge.

Did you know Andhras are north Indians that moved from northern region and settled in south. Technically you are not pure Telugu. "According to Aitareya Brahmana of the Rig Veda, the Andhras left north India from banks of River Yamuna and settled in south India"

chaaa ...yeppudu baa idhi. zillion years back aa.  whatever it maybe we made telugu our own - worship it as our mother. And telugu accepted us as her children.
