Not an exaggeration but Kokapet will be the new financial hub of south India(A grade office space) and may be the only downtown tin the country that might resemble the west, the amount of office space coming up in the next 5-10 years just in Kokapet will be double what Hyderabad has now. atleast okka 100 towers(residential and commercial) 40-50 floor buildings in proposal/permissions stage lo unnayi
Varshini2020
Any idea how this would impact the existing gated community layouts and villas in Mokila and surrounding areas like Velimala, etc? Does the oversupply of go 111 land mean the rates are going to see pressure downwards in Mokila area in the near term?

Although KCR announced repel of GO, by the time it happens, I’m guessing at least 2-3 years. He did particularly mention that if it is removed immediately then it would result in anarchy. So right now it may happen but not anytime soon and it may still come up with additional markings and restrictions in the catchment zones. Immediate ga aithe mad rush to buy vuntademo kani long run la aithe over supply and stagnation ki better deal dorakochu

Gated communities ki mostly no impact because there is a short supply of gated community homes especially in and around West hyderabad. but land aite maatram there will be an over supply. Lay outs and acre prices will see a correction in 2 to 3 years because of over supply as 1 Lakh acres are expected to be added to the market.. With the land prices around going down around, it is matter of time gated communities too get affected right? More builders are going to come up with gated community layouts and villas probably with land available. We bought in a reputed gated community in there, prices have gone up drastically in the last 1-2 years, so were wondering what would be the future, will we see a correction like how it happened in the Shamshabad area in 2008. With a war and recession expected in USA by the end of this year I expect asset prices to cool off and stabilize for the next fee years. Next appreciation cycle is probably 3 to 5 years away.
