Garlic konchem brown ayithe taste baguntadhi. Next you can add vegetables… drumsticks, loki(sorakay), okra, carrots , tomatoes etc… Sorakay & drumsticks udakadaniki konchem time padthadhi … Oka 50% udikay anna time lo baga metthaga udikina pappu veskovali…. Then add 2-3 cups of water… atla konchem sepu udikina tharvatha add sambar powder.. I use homemade sambar powder … if not MTR.. Add sambar powder… don’t add any other things like coriander powder & chilli powder.. spicy ekkuva kavali ankunte starting lo ekkuva red chillies + more Sambar powder.. atla Oka 15-20 mins slow flame lo udikithe … paina Oka layer form ayinattu avthadhi kadha .. almost inka ayipoyindhi ane mundhu tamarind rasam add chesi… Oka 5 mins unchi theeseyadame… salt ruchik I thaginantha… sambar lo em undadhu … antha sambar powder lone untadhi . Dhaniki double quantity mustards. 3tdp theeskunte 6 Tsp dry roast .. golden brown Mustards Ki double cumin … 9 tsp .. same Toordal ki 3 times black pepper (optional …kondharu sambar lo add cheyyaru … just rasam powder lo add chestharu) black pepper Ki same proportions lo fenugreek … dry roast … Red chillies mana choice ..nenu gattigane vestha … ekkuva quantity red chillies eh undali endhukante we don’t any chilli powder in sambar … so .. dry roast .. hing crystals unte ghee lo roast chesi add chestharu… lekunte powder ayina veyyochu .. anni kalipi grind kotti … sit tight box lo petkoni store cheskodame rasam : same process add black pepper Bis bella bath: same process … add cloves , cinnamon etc 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
