Kamimozhi said allocation for ‘Southern Railway’ is 59 crores, it’s not the same as South. Where as Northern Railway means different than the North that we think of. 
 

By the way, Northern Railway has seen huge budget allocations for the past 3-4 years as we are building new railway lines, some of the world’s highest bridges, and connecting places which have not been connected in the last 75 years. If we had build these railway lines and upgraded the infra, we would have not made these kinds of allocations. Much of these funds are being used to build lines in the Himalayas. 

Southern Railway VS Northern Railway, Southern is much more developed in terms of infrastructure and electrification, cargo.

Hmm…Himalayan region mida railway infra enduku improve cheyaledu ante…thousands of reasons, connecting other states and cities was a priority than Himalayan states. Funds and technology was a problem, existing lines kuda levu…
