I had a lot of pain in my sole when I was unfit. Doctor diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and recommended reducing activity until the pain goes away and slowly building up fitness over time along with losing extra weight. My cousin also had some sole pain and he was diagnosed with diabetes type 2. Friend had ankle pain and it turned out to be nerve compression in his spine. etc., etc., Moral of the story entante you should go to doctor to get it checked out.
