for proteins consume chicken breast, turkey . Protein powders are not good for health. Beware of sucralose, maltodextrin, resistant starch in these powders

Whey/vegan protein is fine, not  bad for health. Sucralose and maltodextrin leni powders chala unnai, we just need to be wary of ingredients.

Lately noticed Indian masala packets like Shaan masalas have maltodextrin in it. Maltodextrin has high Glycemic index which is even worst than sugar . Sucralose is worst , researches proved that people who consume sucralose end up with dementia

Kidneys poyedi if u take too much protein (based on that formula gms  per body weight they recommend - kind of overkill for our routines)and that to with isolates.  One or two  scoop of this you should be fine . Add some pushups and squats to ur walking routine.

avoid whey protein if u can for weaker tummies and gas bloating

I’ve been using an Asteralabs product for a couple of months now and it’s been solid—no sweeteners or weird stuff in it. Mixes pretty well with just water, and doesn’t have that chalky taste like some others. I like that the ingredients list is clean and straight to the point. Got a good protein-to-calorie ratio too.
