India travel + SIM card/currency exchange?

Hyderabad pothunna.  Couple of questions.

1. Hyderabad Airport lo SIM card theesukovacha?  Usual gaa Airports lo (Mumbai/Delhi) less paperwork/fast untadhi ani vinna.  If not airport, what are the best places in Hyderabad City to get this done?
2. USD to INR decent rate ekkada istharu?  Airport lo manchi rate ivvaru ani vinna (ante asalu entha theda untadhi Airport vs. City?).  So minimum (for cab or whatever) Airport lo change chesi migathadhi city lo chedhamani plan.  Kaani City lo ekkada manchi rates istharo theliyatle.  Ameerpet area OR Dilshukhnagar area daridapullo emanna unte cheppandi bros.

As long as you have a passport, no paper work needed. But aadhar vunte better. Airport lo kastam kani bayata teesuko. any retailer is just the same.

if you are landing during the day-work hours, airport bayataki ragane cab odiki chepithe shamshabad la masthu shops vuntayi, most people do instant activation. apati varaku nee USA number ae roaming vaduko.

Himayat Nagar Liberty Complex lopala forex shops vuntayi...better rates in the city. Try dealing with them and see if you can buy rupees withour a receipt and you may get a rupee more a dollar. It will not work all the time. if not, bank account vunte direct deposit chey, market rate vastadi.

Try to take only $100 bills. Black lo vaatike ekuva demand than $20's.
