Housing market predict cheyyadam kashtam… but I don’t think this trend will continue.. summer lo chala houses sale ki vasthayi… third party buyers (zillow, open door etc) played a big role in inflating the prices by flipping the houses.. 

Though rrr movie is good, budget is very high and is sold for much higher prices.. entha pedda blockbuster ayinaa, konni areas lo profits rakapovachu..
